The last few songs I've been listening to:

How it works: I use the [Audioscrobbler|http://www.audioscrobbler.com] plugin to iTunes on my mac.  Every time I play a new song, the song details are sent to the Audioscrobbler database server.

Then, this page on my website queries the Audioscrobbler rss feed for user philiph and displays the results.
