I'm currently looking for work, so you can check out my full resume here.
Drop me a line (spam filtered) if you have something interesting for a Linux developer/sysadmin.
I graduated from The University of Montana in 1996 with a BSCS (and a minor in English Literature). I've been working and living around Silicon Valley ever since, with positions at:
- Apple - Test Scripter
- Santa Cruz Operation - Software Engineer
- Veridicom - Network Operations, Software Developer
- Lutris Technologies - Java Software Developer
I currently work under contract at Hewlett-Packard as a a Linux developer and sysadmin. I have a lot of experience designing and installing Linux-based networks and working with Unix systems in general.
Incidentally, I wrote a minor freeware Linux kernel development aid call2sym. I've also contributed to free software projects like a2ps, mutt, and SCO skunkware.
Linux has been running on my desktop systems since version .99.1.
Communication skills are important. Here's a WhitePaper I recently wrote.
