Begonia Festival

Every year the city of Capitola holds a Begonia Festival to celebrate what was once a major cash crop in the area: the begonia flower. Nowadays the festival is pretty slim pickings. I went to the 2002 event and snapped a few pics with Mark Davis and Allyssa Street.
