Our Conclusions:

1. The lifter effect is real and repeatable.
2. The effect is ion wind, not antigravity.
3. Weight of the lifter device is very important - it must be as light as possible.
4. Scraping the positive wire is critical for lift.
5. Arcing between the positive and negative capacitor plates occurs with less than 3.5 cm of separation.
6. Conversely, the lift decreases the farther apart the plates are.
7. Playing with high voltage is fun.
8. Corona tastes good with Lime.
